Over Memorial Weekend, I hiked the Border Route Trail (Entry Point 83) to the John Lake overlook.  The trail had been nicely cleared and the overlook provided a great view of John, Little John, and a glimpse of Fowl Lake, along with the Royal River.  During the hike, there were lots of white flowers - strawberries, wild lily of the valley, hepatica, service berry, etc.

The drive in along the Arrowhead Trail had lots of Cowslip (Marsh Marigold), strawberry, pin cherry, and service berry.
